1. Shipping Methods: All orders from lyf5star.in are shipped exclusively through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post services. We strive to ensure a secure and efficient delivery process.
2. Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days .The minimum days is 3 and maximum is 5 for dispatch and minimum days is 3 and maximum is 7 for delivery. The actual delivery is contingent upon the norms and policies of the chosen courier company or post office.
3. Delivery Delays: lyf5star.in holds no liability for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. While we guarantee to hand over the consignment within 7 working days from the order and payment date, actual delivery times may vary.In case of delay we will inform the appropriate contact of the particular order.
4. Courier Partners: To ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, we partner with reputed courier services.
5. Package Inspection: If you notice any tampering with the packaging before the delivery, kindly reject the package and promptly inform our customer care, providing your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest.
6. Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card information, unless otherwise specified during the order placement. lyf5star.in disclaims responsibility for any damage that may occur during transit to the buyer.
