At Lyf5Star, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy outlined below:

1. Hair Accessories: We do not accept returns for hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. All sales of hair accessories are final.

2. Luggage: For luggage items, you have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Fashion Accessories and Other Products: For fashion accessories and all other products, you also have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@lyf5star.in within the specified timeframe. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
